An interactive, instructor-led fusion-style group workout designed to build cardiovascular health, upper and lower body strength, and flexibility. This class is designed to challenge both beginners and advanced levels of fitness with move modifications throughout.

Fully interactive, instructor-led fusion style workouts which combine cardio, flexibility, and strength training. Small sized classes allow the instructor to correct individual form and keep you motivated throughout the workout.   This class is designed to challenge both beginners and advanced levels of fitness with move modifications throughout.


Tuesdays 2:30-3:30pm: Upper, Lower Body Strength (1hr)

Saturdays 10-11am: Cardio & Core (1 hr - Kids welcome to join in)


Unlimited monthly pass (best rate per class!) or drop-in available
